Arguments

object

GenomicRanges or RangedSummarizedExperiment

...

additional arguments

grpsize

number of peaks to include in each grouop

stepsize

number of peaks between each new set of groups

Value

SummarizedExperiment with annotationMatches assay storing which peaks belong to which groups
